OMMA Heathcare conducted a comprehensive Market Analysis and Financial Feasibility Study for a private, three hospital integrated healthcare system in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. This project included the development of a physician-based insurance provider organization, as well as a community healthcare foundation to provide specialized indigent care and community preventative health education programs.
